Can I buy a car directly online from Carvendo?

Yes! Just like a pair of shoes, you can simply buy your car online from us. You can purchase subject to test drive. This means that you always take a test drive before the purchase is final. This can be done on location at the car company or, if possible, at your home.

How does it work with test driving?

Accepted Answer

Once you have placed an order, we will make an appointment with you for the test drive. Do you like the test drive? Then the deal is done and we will arrange for the car to be prepared by the car company in full accordance with our checklist. And of course, we will schedule the delivery date with you.

Question 3

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Once you have finally ordered the car, you will receive the invoice from the car company. You must ensure that the amount is received by the car company on the day of delivery. Are you going to pick up the car yourself? Then you can also pay on location. Don't forget to increase your limit. If you use financing, we will ensure that the bank transfers the money properly to the dealer.

How long do I have a warranty on a car that I buy from Carvendo?

You always have a minimum of 12 months of BOVAG warranty. Of course, it is possible that the car still has a factory warranty, which always comes before our BOVAG warranty. For example, if the manufacturer's warranty is still 6 months, we will supplement it with an additional 6-month BOVAG warranty.

Question 5

How does 12,000 km mean no maintenance costs?

We have the agreement with the car companies that they will deliver the car with the first 12,000 km, no maintenance costs. That means that if there is anything, we will make sure that the car company solves it for you. We call that carefree driving.

Question 6

Will the car be delivered to your home free of charge?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can deliver the car to your home free of charge. You can also choose to pick up your car at the car company.

Question 7

Where should I go if my car has a defect?

Accepted Answer

If you are still under warranty or within the first 12,000 kilometers or 1 year, you are entitled to a warranty. You can contact the supplying car company directly to make an appointment. If you can't figure it out, we'll be happy to help you out.
