Hit the road carefree with our 12,000 km no maintenance service. This means that all your maintenance costs are covered under normal wear and tear. Do you need to replace windshield wipers? They are covered by this warranty. If your car leaks liquid somewhere, it will dissolve for you! In short, a service that makes you happy!


All maintenance costs are covered for the first 12,000 km or the first 12 months. And this is what we also do:
You've just spent a good amount of money on a new car, and yet you'll have to spend extra money within a few months because it requires maintenance or repairs. And that's while you've bought a used car with a warranty, or even paid extra for that warranty.
If you buy a used car from us, that won't happen to you. Together with the car company, we guarantee that you will not incur any unexpected costs on your car during the first 12,000 kilometers or the first year after purchase (whichever comes sooner). Should that happen, it will be resolved. Every car company that is affiliated with us is obliged to solve any problems. That's one of the reasons why buying a used car from us is risk-free.
You buy a beautiful station wagon with a 12-month warranty from your local car dealer. After 2 months and 5,000 kilometers, however, the battery fails. You call the car company where you bought the car to have it replaced free of charge — after all, you have a 12-month warranty, so it shouldn't cost you anything. Unfortunately, the opposite appears: the warranty terms state that the warranty only applies to the engine and gearbox, not to the battery. Replacing it therefore still costs you money, despite the warranty.
Had you bought the same station wagon from Carvendo, you would also have had a 12-month warranty. We would also have told you honestly that the BOVAG warranty does not apply to the battery. But because we promise you'll have no costs and no worries for the first 12,000 miles or the first year, the car company must always solve the problem and we guarantee that.
We have to be honest: there are situations where the costs are not covered:
In the first instance, you always call the delivering car company. You received this information from us when purchasing. They have agreed with us that they will always help you in accordance with our terms. Can't you figure it out with the car company? You can then call us or send us an email at any time. We would be happy to think along with you how we can ensure that you are back on the road as quickly as possible. Sometimes this can be by making an appointment directly at the local dealer in your area and sometimes the car will have to go back to the supplying car company. Of course, in case of an emergency, we can use our pick up and drop off service to make it as comfortable as possible for you.
In most cases, this will not be the case, unless the maintenance takes longer than 1 business day. Of course, it is possible to use a loan car for a fee. The terms and rates depend on the car company where the car receives maintenance.
After 12,000 kilometers, you are responsible for all repair costs, unless your car is still covered by the BOVAG warranty. In that case — and if the defect falls under the warranty conditions — the repair costs will be (partially) reimbursed. Maintenance costs are not covered by the BOVAG warranty.
