We always offer our customers a minimum of 12 months of BOVAG warranty as standard. That means we expect the same from you. We don't leave our customers out in the cold and always provide a solution together. For the first 12,000 km, we promise our customers that they will not have to pay for car maintenance. So make sure that the car is properly prepared for use. Not a BOVAG member? no problem, provided you meet our strict quality requirements.
For the first 12 months, customers are entitled to a BOVAG warranty.
This means that we expect you, as a car company, to prepare the car in such a way that it does not need maintenance in the first 12,000 km or 12 months (just a little earlier). So take the turn in accordance with the factory instructions, make sure that all liquids are filled and the car still has at least 12 months of MOT.
Damage-free means that the car must not have had any major damage in the past and that the car does not contain any damage upon delivery. Minor user traces are allowed. For example, a scratch smaller than 5 cm falls under signs of wear, but a reset pit and all damage larger than that must be repaired upon delivery.
This means that we expect you to repair all items that fall under the normal BOVAG warranty and break within 12 months free of charge. Of course, we maintain contact with the customer to make an appointment and monitor quality.
Of course, BOVAG warranty does not cover everything. But note, these do fall under the condition of no maintenance costs for the first 12,000 km or 12 months (just a little earlier).

Once you have filled in your details, you will receive the cooperation agreement, rates and checklist from us to sign. Once you have signed digitally, you can send us your inventory free of charge via your own VMS. We will then put your cars online as soon as possible. As soon as you have sold your first car, we will of course contact you to review everything carefully. You only pay a success fee after the car has been successfully sold and delivered.
